Crest Hill Bakery products are made from non-genetically modified ingredients and do not contain detectable modified genetic material. Our products do not require Mandatory Bioengineering Disclosure as per the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard (NBFDS) because the food used in the products on the BE Foods List (or substances derived from them) have been produced without bioengineering.
Crest Hill Bakery’s Supplier Approval Program requires all suppliers/manufactures to submit non-genetically modified statements prior to approval on any raw material for the manufacturing of our products.
Crest Hill Bakery is a GFSI/SQF and Orthodox Union Kosher Parve accredited facility with an excellent rating.
We are compliant with all Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements.
